Apparently you don’t live near Edmonton, Alberta where 90% of the trucks on the road are a 2003+ Dodge Rams, which are usually breaking several laws at once/ being driven by a meth addled squirrel-person that has an insatiable need for LED lightbars, ugly rims, plastidip, and Monster Energy stickers.

Infiniti G35 and G37.
I hate the type of people that buy and own them. High maintenance, don’t know anything about their cars, and they want the Rolls Royce level treatment, but only want to pay for service and parts like it was a 1992 Toyota Corolla.

As a long-term Nissan parts guy though, I actually strongly hate the

Saab Turbo X or Saab Turbo X Sportcombi.. meets all criteria. Just good luck finding one for sale..

Infiniti interfered. They were afraid an AWD Maxima would take away sales from the Q50/Q60.

Also, I can confirm that the 2018 Altima is supposed to offer AWD. Just learned that a few days ago from the sales “rally” that Nissan held for training our salespeople on future and current products.

we still have a black Rogue Star Wars edition one that no one wants, because the interior is Cloth and they were based on the SV (not SL) trim level. been here months in the showroom. We got that and one White one which was pre-sold before it arrived.

Internal documents show that those vehicles you mentioned are considered a direct competitor to the Qashqai... I honestly think we’ll sell tons of em.

I work for a Nissan dealer in Alberta, Canada (7 years of Parts counter experience between two dealers). 370Z is a dead man walking. Still sell the odd one.. but it’s old and it shows in all areas of the car. Only advantage is the price on a base model being under 30k. GT-R is selling here and there.. but has lost

Two words. Raptor Liner. Look it up! Many of the off-road guys up here in Canada paint their rigs with it because it’s damn near indestructible.

Kat, absolutely amazing job with this article. PLEASE please keep doing what you do with stuff like this!

such a thing already existed around 1999/2000.

Wasn’t there a Subaru Legacy TOURING BRUCE edition in Japan?

This sounds like every 2.5L Subaru WRX or WRX STi I've encountered through my work at a Nissan dealership..

Going away from the EJ20 was a very very bad idea for Subaru.

Doug. Doug! DOUG!

any chance of a NISMO model or perhaps some offroad parts support from that division?

I started starting my Lincoln before I started starting and stopping my Lincoln. I didn't do it to make a statement. I just liked it.

Sometimes you have to go backwards towards death by shutting off the car, in order to move forwards towards living in the sport mode.

I know there are those who say you can't press start

I suppose you have a great point there. Although, I like buying special edition cars or the unique models. I like getting exactly what I want when I buy an automobile, or I'd rather wait until I can afford/obtain what I want. When I make the move on a car, it's no compromises.

I disagree. I'm 26 and, while I work for Nissan (and did work for Infiniti).. I find Cadillac to be very captivating (and Lincoln very much underwhelming) vs. the sea of BMW, Mercedes, and Lexus vehicles I see up here in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Don't get me started about how uninspiring Infiniti vehicles are right

I said in another comment on this. I can actually provide JDM parts support as, yay, I've worked parts for a Nissan dealer in Canada for years and have the proper software.
