Very good point. As I wrote on another thread, seasons 5 and 6 really change your perception of how Jimmy and Kim’s relationship evolves through the series upon rewatch. In retrospect, I don’t think their relationship was ever close to being in jeopardy, even if that’s what you’re led to believe on first watch. I

I trust that this is the last we’ll be hearing from the folks who were adamant that Kim is a good person who just needed to soak Howard in order to get the money from the settlement to help tons of people? Because here she was nearly a lock for a job that would allow her to help as many people as one person could hope

Kim definitively broke bad at the end of this episode. She was on the verge of getting legitimately what she’s been claiming this whole con with Howard has been about, solid financial support for her pro bono legal work, and gaining the respect of her legal peers to boot, but deep down putting the boot to Howard was

welp guess you don’t have to suffer much longer! and we don’t have to hear this awful take ever again

Kim’s going to be fist-deep inside a toddler’s chest cavity ripping their heart out by the end of the season and I’ll still be like “honestly love that for her”

Poor Maddie Ziegler...first Book of Henry now this.

Reminding me that a superb show such as Nathan For You once existed is bittersweet. The show was mesmerizing.

Absolutely not.

“The cries trigger Lydia’s memories of what really happened as a kid; she realizes it was her mother, not her father, who was always the cruel one” - So is Woody Allen secretly writing for the show now?

In a show chock full of stupid characters doing stupid shit, can we all agree that Henry might might be one of the stupidest characters doing some of the stupidest shit?

At least this beats the stupid Negan War from the past 3 years of the show.

And the lead (?) in the GoT spin-off, The Long Night.

who are these people?

I think 7 is my least favorite Beach House record, largely because it’s the same water-treading dullness as the rest of their catalog but with just enough off-brand flourishes for their (very dedicated) fan base to insist that it’s something new and revelatory and never shut up about it.

Not sure if this is ironic, but I genuinely agree!

We’ve been providing these kinds of notes to readers for years — it’s an easy way to give a head’s-up to readers who might want it, and it doesn’t interfere with the review itself, or with readers who just want to jump right in. It’s a misconception that partner abuse is only physical, and for anybody who is or has

I don’t know that I’m clamoring for one, but I’m damn happy it’s coming.

People like Game of Thrones, why not?

Who takes the time to comment on a recap of a show they claim not to watch?

Not specifically a prequel, but a ton of people will want more GoT content after the main show wraps up. I’ll give it a shot.
