I think she keeps getting better too. Stronger and more confident in every role. It’s like she has Carrie’s dry sense of humor with Debbie’s ability to go big. I’m looking forward to everything she does.

Yes, this!! It completely broke the rules set up by the movie universe.

After so many seasons of Sherlock I forgot Lucy Liu could be funny, so this is great.

I constantly think about doing this when I see it on Netflix, but then remember all the Frankenstein’s monster stuff I’d have to fast-forward through. 

I mean, he exuded grouchiness. 

I still fast forward through all Chris Elliott scenes. I don’t know why he ever gets included in anything. 

The movie’s one-sided-ness is the entire point. It draws us into JGL’s side of the story and makes up believe what he believes. Then at the end we wake up and realize that the grand romance was all/mostly in his head, despite the hints throughout given by Summer’s actions. Which he and we ignore. It’s genius this way.…

It has a GREAT cast.

The Boys is all about tearing down false idols, but it doesn’t build up anything in their place.

Mos Def was on a completely different wavelength than the rest of the cast. Zooey Deschanel completely lacked Trillian’s sharpness. The cast, while impressive, was often wrong for the parts. 

The energy of that movie is just way off. 

Listen, I’m all for scamming luxury brands.

I like how there are photos of mature men with gray hair but the women are all girls in hot pants shorts and ab tees. 

Oh I don’t know, somehow David and Moira always make me laugh even when I’m trying not to.
