It made the episode so much funnier, otherwise it would’ve been kinda shitty

The episode randomly turning into an extended David Lynch Dune parody is the sort of tack I most enjoy from this show.

Uh... actually, Heather Swanson did appear in the episode, she was in the crowd (near the back-right) when Sheila was giving her big speech.

I guess I should point out that Kilmonger’s scars are inspired by the actual African practice of scarification, specifically from the Surma tribe, and as you can see, there is no such loss of pigmentation.

If the idea is a black Superman, I’m all for it, but would they address the fact that a black man with those powers would scare the shit out of white America?

I honestly wish they hadn't brought him in since he's scum. But oh well you can't help who the creators of a show you like are chummy with.

If they decide to make fun of the toxic fan base (although technically they have....multiple times...including this episode), it’s going to be as intricate as the Vindicators episode. They even did it in Community, I think Harmon just has it in his back pocket.

The heisting of the entire planet was the highlight of the episode for me too, but I laughed the whole way through and greatly enjoyed it. This was my favourite episode of the 3 so far and I’ve really enjoyed each one. At the moment it’s batting at a higher average than Season 3.

Lumping The Sting in with the kind of slick, empty-headed stuff like the Ocean’s flicks doesn’t really scan with me.
