I find your lack of E28 disturbing.

driving dynamics? no. Smiles per $? Yes
every week you do this. You're a really bad influence. I'm over here trying to keep my eyes on the prize of getting a 993 C2 and you're over here offering up other tempting options....
I think a point everyone is ignoring is how much fun the stunt drivers had filming the trailer for this game! Seriously, where do I sign up for that gig???
Seriously, you pick the one decent Mansory? Yes the name is rather unfortunate, but what's bad about 1600hp?
E28 M5 all day everyday. I sadly sold mine for 19k earlier this year. Terribly regretful of that decision. Any E30 M3 under 20k is going to be a beater at this point, and anything newer isn't as special. I know the E46 and E39 are great, I've driven both and like them. But the E28 & E30 are in a whole different…
would rather have a 100k mile car for 20% of the price. Then spend the rest of my money on go fast parts. Low mileage stock Miata means less than nothing to me. Trust me a low mileage car that's this old is still going to have shit break. The nice thing about a higher mile car is it's had regular maintenance and…
yep, this will go down with the packing peanuts in the V as things that you must pray potential new owners don't find out about.
without a doubt this wins. It would be impossible to make this car worse unless you stripped all the paint off and dipped the entire car in pure 24ct gold. I'm not even sure that would actually be worse. This is without question the most unfortunate car of all time.
I'm into the pair for 90k. Bought the 911 with 660hp & 75k miles last fall, it's at 700hp now, bought the G with 60k miles 3 months go, it's now lifted with a roof rack and 35's, just don't have pic since the changes.
it's the essence of the vehicle. It doesn't need to be stylish any more than it needs to be sporty. it just needs to be a comfortable evolution of the previous car. Honestly if Mercedes swapped the AMG engine for a diesel but left everything else the same 90% of the owners would never know as they would never push it…
VW all the way, there is no possible way it could be less reliable than the S4.
I've had one too, it was stage +3 w/jhm turbos and it was AWFUL. it was good fun the 3 days it was running properly. But the exhaust note is nothing special in any configuration. Aftermarket turbos are not the last word in reliability. Not to mention that I had issues with CV axles, and basically every engine…
2k won't get you very far when shit starts breaking. And its not a mater of if, just when and how much....
My favorite line: "it's kind of hillbilly and cheap"
please do this for your next car!
here is the critical decision for undecided buyers: F-type or AMG, (because 'muricans buy vettes, and Porsche people will buy 911's even if they can only afford a base Carrera.)
This is a very beautiful car, dare I say better than the F-type? I love Mercedes finally taking the fight to Porsche. I'm on a big Porsche kick, but this would look perfect next to my G-wagon. The SL has always been powerful, but never really been a sports car in my lifetime. I love that Mercedes is lowering it's halo…
by my count they make 1 great car, the 458. It's fantastic. Everything else is fine but misses the mark of perfection. But they haven't made more than 1 great car at a time in decades. And they made no great cars in the 90's.
