so what's the difference between this and an Exige?

if I could have done this with an S8 it really makes me question why I bought a G-wagon...
the stupid is strong with this one.
yeah I assume reliability will be better, but honestly it can't really be much worse than what I've found in my first 3 Audi's. at least it doesn't have turbos, a torque converter, or poorly designed DRC to get F-ed up.
you're getting closer to convincing me. I spent a couple hours browsing them the other day. I can't say I love them, but the more you talk them up the more fondly I see them. I think I need to drive one back to back with my 911, especially now that I've converted it to RWD.
good job finding the ideal drivers R8 for under 100k! I think this is the first one I've seen. On a car like this the miles don't really scare me as they aren't overly complex cars. I have promised that I won't come back to Audi until I can find a V10 manual for within my budget. I realistically want to keep my 996…
damn you tavarish...I'm going to stop reading your posts because they always kill the rest of my day with ebay browsing. I've got 25k earmarked for a vintage car and I really want another 911, but a baja would be epic fun!
I see F-type influence in some of the lines, not a cheap Asian knockoff, just some general inspiration of the overall shapeliness. But I can't wait to see tha alpha!
the grills may have the same general shape, but the facts are that the 2 cars look nothing alike. And despite what all of the "wish they were rich" people who stick Bentley grills and badges on their 300's think, those cars share no similarities either. It's like saying that the Empire State Building looks just like…
There is a painfully simple solution to the G's failed attempt at sporty-ness: downgrade wheels to 20" add 35" Nitto Trail Grapplers and add full OME ARB suspension. Result is a very powerful, very competent off-roader. Perfect balance of power and capability.
I have always thought this generation of CL was a handsome car, but sitting next to an Aston it is actually quite homely. The CL probably is a bit more practical from a DD standpoint. But as a 2nd car I would go Aston all the way. It's a true supercar, even if it's out performed by a new M3.

It has the new SRT front and rear look and a great widebody kit, but the engine is actually Chrysler's 426 cubic-inch Race HEMI with an aluminum block tied to a Chrysler-based 727 automatic transmission. So, yeah, no Hellcat engine yet, although we'd expect a return of the V10 model.
Pros: private airstrip/Racetrack to have all to your rich self.
Copy. It's simple because even the Gallardo doesn't look this much like an R8, and it shares it's bones with the R8.
Yeah it's a great deal if you want a driving car, it lacks some of the raw character of the air-cooled, and it's not the prettiest 911, but it's a fair share better looking than anything with impact bumpers or the slant nose. And even a stock turbo is fast as balls.
I paid 42k for mine with gt2 bumper + CF wing and 660hp
Aston Martin DB9 because James Bond!
