Sacramento? We’re getting a ton of younger bay area transplants.  Weather is not as nice as the bay area, but still way better than most of the country.

It’s a pushrod, not a DOHC. Output/displacement is not a useful metric. This engine is much smaller than a 6.2L DOHC would be.

The luggage space is a legitimate concern. I’ve seen many choose a 911 over a Cayman/Boxster because of it—though I can fit two roller suitcases in my Boxster frunk so it’s enough for a short trip

They lowered the price of the 3 in most configurations, including the cheapest one available on the website. If you aren’t wealthy, you are probably looking at the 3 and not the S/X.

I don’t know of too many sports car enthusiasts that are going to be swayed by IKEA furniture and a cappuccino machine over the differences between the cars themselves.  I drive a Porsche now but if the C8 came in a stick I’d be open to it for my next sports car.

We have time of day usage in my part of California, if I could use the $0.08 overnight rate to use my a/c during the $0.28 rate, I would buy an EV today.
