Do we know how the crew/engineering works? Does every car get the same setup? Do engineers get switched race to race? Even in a spec series engineers and crew make a huge difference and it would be good to know how they are trying to keep things equal.

Also most manufacturers actually end up profiting off of their customer gt3 programs. There are almost not customer GTLM programs and very little interest in them given the cost.
