@Solid_Moose: Who decides if a game is for 18 +, 16 +, or 13+ all with ID, and then you have another rating for 15+ without ID? I can tell that system is screwy right now. The real issue isn't about if it's a crime to sell an "Ultra Violent" game to a kid, but who decides what an ultra-violent game is.

Usually the Supreme Court gets it right in these sort of situations and this will be shot down. The rating system that is in place, when enforced seems pretty cut and dry to me.
