I haven’t tried it on single player, but it is in actual fact unplayable on split screen. Framerate in split screen drops down to single digits and sometimes 0. Walk down a hill and wait 5 minutes for the game to load the next area? Then through a room and get the same treatment? No way. I would kill to get as smooth…
