dev- alright, I want this game to be really colorful.

why not just keep your gifs in a folder categorized by reaction type? (I have a serious problem)

it'd be so much easier to believe that was an actual match if they didn't have the standard "reading the script" tone of voice.

I don't disagree -PC elitist

WHY IS IT PRIVATE? FUUUUUCKKK

yes i read it and that's the gist I got. "We don't need your position right now until late in production so you're let go. Thanks" various other factors included but essentially there's the same amount of job security as contracting.

as a gamer, many publishers are the embodiment of evil. As for the article it just accentuates the mistreatment of developers.

yeah....and it seems to me that the people running these companies treat developers like contractors and not full time employees.

so essentially, publishers (the bane of everything good in life) treat developers like contractors. Just terrible.

I was responding to a post about schools

I guess...It's still painful to hear and see the apathy...

did you mean phallusy?

another one bites the dust.

I'm not at all opposed to using Google, the problem here is that kids are not interested in learning new things, or even curious as to how things work. They just accept things are the way they are because that's the way they are. They don't want to figure things out. It's a generation of apathy.

my sadness is in the lack of curiosity and need to learn.

the leaning I meant is not general subjects like math pour whatever, though maybe partially. I was referring more to lack of basic curiosity for the world and the things in it.

they lack the basic curiosity that is the basis for progress.

I definitely agree with you. But it's a perfect storm of both uninterested students, poor teaching, and test focused curriculums

I'm not opposed to the gamification of schools, I'm just upset at the lengths you have to go to, to interest kids now

it worked for me...
