Or that the car was changing lanes out of, and aborted the change as the motorcyclist moved into the partially occupied lane that was still technically the cars.
Seems like the car hadn’t completed it’s lane change and decided to abort, something a human driver could just as easily have done. I’m usually pro-motorcyclist having ridden more than driven in my time but the motorcyclist is at fault here.
The fun part: wait until those lawyers see the mountains of data that the autonomous cars collect showing without a doubt that their client is at fault.
