I’d wager to say it’s not even most older women. I am 52 and don’t have many friends my age who accept assgrabby (etc.) behaviour as Just the Way Men Are. Or who are dismissive of the #metoo movement - at least when we are talking amongst ourselves.

First you have to get an inkling that the culture you are immersed in is problematic. Then you have to speak up in a world full of people who haven’t noticed and are emotionally attached to the status quo that’s dressed up as harmless or even absolutely right (religion).
