Her "before" foot looked like it had a bunion, and the scar of the "after" picture looks like her bunion was removed. No biggie if she wants to have her bunions removed, so she can wear nice shoes, but jeez: pay for it yourself, sister.

I don't get this: When Anne Heche experienced a very public manic episode, I don't remember talk show hosts (etc.) exploiting her madness in a voyeuristic way; the same was true for Margot Kidder. In fact, people seemed to be very sympathetic about their respective episodes of mental illness.
