I said "I actually ate more" meaning more protein, more veggies... when ever I was/am hungry. It's the types of things and the way you consume them on the Dukan phases that helps so much. I'm going to change "RTFM" to "RTFB"....the "B" is for "Book" :) I didn't write it, Dr. Pierre Dukan did..... blame him.

I hate to sound like a pitchman, but the Dukan diet works! I started it on Jan 3rd and by March 3rd I had lost 30 lbs! I know 2 other people on it right now and it has worked just as well for them. No calorie counting involved, but you have to weigh yourself every morning. I also have not done any appreciable amount…
