This one was a tearjerker. Everything looked bittersweet. I'm gonna miss this show.

No review for the latest episode? Come on don't let us down, this show is fantastic and deserves to be talked about :(
Yeah, plus that was such a different role than the one she had on Parenthood (I loved that show), I loved that!
That was such a lovely episode. The whole 22 minutes just flew by and it was over before I even knew it. This show is shaping up to be a really pleasant surprise.
Loved the first two episodes, can't wait for more. It definitely feels like a mix between Louie and Baskets, but with its own personnality and atmosphere of course. Man, I just realized that most of my favorite shows are airing on FX (and FXX). They're doing great at the moment.
Loved how Princess Carolyn's face went from puzzled when J.D. Salinger was explaining the concept of his show to stunned the moment Wanda said "I LOVE it!". Had to rewatch that scene a couple of times because I just kept cracking up over and over again.
"I'll be all alone, just like before I met you" whoa, Martha/Allison Wright broke me to tears with that line :(
Please have Debra Wilson on board with this. There were many talents amongst the cast but she always stood out as the best of them imo.
Not mentioning Elijah's storyline at all (not even in the stray observations) seems like a major oversight. Other than that, this was another strong episode. Lena Dunham did some amazing work with her "try your hardest not to cry" face. This season is shaping up to be my favorite.
I think it depends. I mean look at Artie Lange. He's a notorious drug addict (coke and heroïne) but still remains really thick (well obese, actualy).
Yeah that Pitbull song was cringeworthy so say the least. That's too bad, because this show is kinda charming in all of its other departments.
Once again Vella Lovell was playing the role of the neighbour in this episode, just like in Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. Couldn't help thinking about her as Heather (the wacky stoner girl neighbour) when she was talking to Marnie. Other than that, that was a B+ episode for me as well. The scenes with Marnie and Desi don't…
Between this show and The Americans, FX is becoming the official "Poor Martha" channel (and I'm loving it).
I think Gladys is the one who said that. Not that it's really important though, haha.
Love that show. Glad to hear you'll be writing reviews about it from now on!
Season 5 was pretty mediocre. This one is shaping up to be way better, in my opinion. Good stuff so far, even though the Hank/Ruby/Marie-from-Breaking-Bad thing is a little iffy.
Add in slow-motion and Imogen Heap's Hide And Seek and this might be the best scene of the whole series.
