Agreed fully...I enjoyed The Force Awakens and will probably go see it a few times. It was a fun movie. But when I left I did have a very sad feeling - all we want is a repeat of the classics. I like this idea! I imagine we’re moving towards her being Luke’s daughter or related to SOMEBODY, because of conventions. But I would kind of like for her just to be a rando who also happens to be a future kickass Jedi. A simpler, cooler story in my mind.

Aw man, Sense8 is a weird and flawed show, and I know a lot of people hate it, but I loved that birth scene. I guess maybe you have to be drunk, stoned and in its thrall to love it but I definitely shed some tears. The Wachowskis are just so sincere it’s hard not to love them!
