why the hell do you hate Discovery so much Katharine?!!! its mind boggling the amount of hate and back handed compliments you put in your articles and they just don’t take these articles away from you.

i have a problem of criticizing everything that i come in contact with(!) and yet i dont have many problems with

im a long time CK fan and i actually believed your story when it was just a rumor and did a little digging of my own, and my first reaction was that seems like a thing that he would do. and after the stuff about Weinstein came out the first thing i thought was how long its gonna take for Louie’s story to get out.

i suspect he has some sort of post traumatic racist disorder, after waking up and seeing the “superior race”in shambles and he lashes out. in the he is kinda good at heart but his good actions are from so long ago that it doesnt matter anymore.

i just loved that the being of his calibre was in the part, i was waiting

didn’t know you could talk positively about Star Trek: Discovery at this site.

thought you guys had a contract to destroy the show, which is very good by the way.

this show is awesome. damn all the continuity or expectations that “fans” have, when a universe’ timeline is mapped to the death the way Star Wars and Star Trek have been i don’t give a shit about its continuity that much, i just want a good story and a nice way to represent it, which Discovery has done very well.

Gizmodo and its sister sites(mainly gizmodo) ruined my expectations for this series. you guys started talking shit about how this series wasn’t good, month before it was out, and some of them was the political prejudice that always comes with a Gizmodo article but some were just plain stupid nitpicking. this continued

it is the symptom of not having clear morals approaching Superheroes or heroes in general for Marvel. yes it may have been cool once, back when mass shootings didnt happen regularly, to distinguish Marvel’s Heroes from DC’s gun allergic Superheroes but it isn’t anymore.

fitting seeing how it was one of the worst Marvel/Netflix shows. the villains were laughingly cliche and without purpose. the story had no meaning and served no purpose.both Daredevil’s season benefited from good writing and character development and good villains. only Jessica Jones came close to that, and even that

seems to me that Big Little Lies cleaned up the Emmys but whatever

you just have to find someone who is pathetic like you.

i hate everything about Jennifer Lawrence, her looks, her acting, her personality and that goddamn nose. i don’t even know why i hate her so much, maybe because she is way too overrated?!

anyway, does anyone remember Salt?! with all the talk about female spies in movies, no one even mentions Salt, was a pretty good

it IS better because it would’ve starred Nic Cage and not Cavill, at least you can always count on Cage to go crazy and display a wide range of emotions, instead of Cavill that only has Constipation face and Cocky face in his locker.

everybody can approach any subject they want, in the case of not liking something before even experiencing its( although its a bit of a dick move) just avoid the said content.
you whole job is about voicing opinions and im sure for every one of them there is someone who thinks that you shouldn’t write about it and yet

Firewatch and game developers should ban most of stand up comedians as well because that word is like candy to them. oh and also isnt there a saying : actions speak louder than words? based on that they should totally ban violence against anything and anyone from their games too, because surely the act of reveling in

aside from all this bullshit from PewDewPie, aren’t words just representations of their meanings? if we all agree that a hat is called an h-word after this, whenever someone says the h-word we all know they mean hat, as is the case with n-word and many other curses, insults and slurs that media refer to without

and yet, a teenage boy had sex with his aunt and no one thought to point it out, here or over there at Jezebel.
we are talking about a guy whose career has been based on shocking scenes and crossing uncomfortable lines.
characters come back from a fight with a murderous clown who is supernatural and you expect the next

it must be hard for you to enjoy a lot of things because they are so not PC and glorify patriarchy, right?!

let the movie come out, watch it and then criticize it all you want, even if the book made a choice doesn’t mean its gonna be repeated in the movie and if repeated maybe its not the same scale

Fragile Things have some awesome stories as well. i’d love to see Other People or Babycakes turn into a short horror.

Misty’s actress has this weird grin in every scene, and i mean every scene. and its not so much as a cocky grin but a i think all of this shit is funny kinda way. it just breaks the immersion, im always like “why is she laughing, someone got shot”.
