Oh, geez—that didn’t even occur to me. (Surprisingly, I’ve been a little in my head these days.) Things are terrible, but non-abusive and, honestly, as amicable as I could hope (especially since my cousin died). Thanks for the concern though.

I kinda see how the jealousy could happen, like it’d be nice if they actually cared about you enough. But of course if they did, this situation wouldn’t be what it is.

Ugh. I’m sorry. Parents like this are so... exhausting, on top of everything else. And people with normal families don’t seem to really understand.

I find Reign so great, mainly because of Megan Fellows. It’s such a change from her-as-Anne-Shirley that I had in my childhood but being deliciously scheming and complex as Catherine de Medici is just perfect.
