I wonder how the relationship between the parents and the child will be when the child is old enough to understand what happened. It’s going to be gut-wrenching for the poor kid to face the reality of it, if he’s able to.

Empathy?

I would love so much if we focused less on our looks/bodies and more on our actions and ideals. Let’s celebrate how beautiful empathy and kind actions are.

About once a week or so, my dog will spend the better part of a few hours gazing at me in admiration with a little smile on her face. It’s so f-ing cute.

I’m hesitant to praise the police considering they left the house and only found her on the second visit, but I don’t know how search warrants work. Could they not have searched the house the first time?
