The series hybrid is criminally underrated and underloved for automotive use. I dunno why anybody is treating this as breaking news and fancy tech at this point besides puffery and marketing. It should have been every hybrid vehicle from the start, and has been dominant in commercial use for decades. Trains, ships,

It could be both!

The Cheesecake and the Grand Cheesecake. Sounds delicious to me.

Ah, being openly racist.

*Everyone responds to the sports team argument with the now-former Washington Redskins, but I think that is a false equivalence to, say, the Kansas City Chiefs or the Atlanta Braves.

Agreed, but they already have a patriot:

The new Jeep Grand Patriot spokesman:

I’ll get it out of the way, Jeepy McJeepface.

We didn’t conquer the french’s native land. It’s not equivocal

Patriot. It’s dumb but it’ll play well with the riff-raff.

Figured it would come sooner or later. Not to mention they skipped on bringing back Comanche for the pickup, so they obviously understand that there’s some sensitivity around it- or the consumers they workshopped names with did.

I definitely think the Nation should seek tradmark rights for their name and offer (ridiculously high price) rights to license it. If I remember correctly the Navajo Nation has done that, at least to some extent, and has been going after fashion designers that use their name and the various Navajo images (specifically

My mother is the perfect example of why it should be changed, she got a Jeep Cherokee and called it Geronimo “because it’s an Indian name.” Wrong on several levels. Thankfully next car wasn’t another Cherokee as she would’ve probably been calling it Cochise, Sitting Bull, or Pocahontas. She is unsurprisingly a MAGA

My college girlfriend spent a summer working on a reservation for the Bureau of Indian Affairs (I can’t believe it’s still called that) as a sociology major. She got back and was pretty shell shocked by the conditions on the reservation. It was the 80's and I hope a lot has changed, but considering how much of the

If it can’t read them, then this is the sort of behavior I would generally expect without it hard braking as it amounts to collision avoidance. That being said, it had plenty of clearance behind it to do that.
If it CAN read signals, then I honestly don’t know how I’d expect it to behave.

Yuuuuuuup. If this is an unforeseen, life-saving action for you, that’s a very, very bad sign.

In her case, AutoPilot probably saves a life or two every time she gets behind the wheel.
