Winter's Bone by Daniel Woodrell. I hated The Bayou Trilogy so much.

While not songs, I loved the utter lack of music in Castlevania: SotN in two areas. One, in the loading rooms as you switched areas. And the save rooms, when only a heartbeat can be heard. For a game with such an iconic soundtrack, the silences stood out in a wonderful way.

I would love for "Owner Of A Lonely Heart" to herald the return of Ted Leo.

I saw Shaun of the Dead in theaters and there was only myself and two college-age guys there with their girlfriends. Three of us laughed a lot…

I was really hoping we would get a long explanation or rant from Nick about why is feet are like that.

His tiny scene in Groundhog Day was one of the best sight gags in the film. Staring at the xrays with his face like three inches from the light, and then turning to talk to Bill Murray while blinking really fast. So subtle, yet so great.

Yeah i realized that like 10 seconds after I made my post. Figured I would keep it up there anways so I could once again remind people how awesome that show was.

Better Off Ted. Not so much for the cast, but for the "this show was hilarious, why was it cancelled?" factor.

Oh hell yes. This episode screamed Frasier. Loved it.

Ugh. I wrote RBF when I meant The Aquabats. But RBFs cover of Unity is great. And yes, they do have a ton of great covers. Unity, Take On Me, and Gigantic are some of my favorite covers of all time.

So the two main characters in Almost Human are "John" and "Dorian". If Lili Taylor's character is named "Turk Turkleton" I will watch this show forever.
