Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon is an 8-bit style spinoff of Koji Igarashi’s upcoming not-Castlevania. It’s out on May 24 for PS4, Xbox One, Vita, Switch, and Steam. This “bonus game” has a very Castlevania III look to its design, allowing you to switch between characters like not-Simon, not-Alucard, et alia.

Lord I cannot wait for Octopath Traveler. And hey, Ni no Kuni 2 is coming real soon too!

Disappointing but expected. I thought Setsuna was only okay, so I was willing to give Lost Sphear a shot. The demo I found atrocious, though, so I think I’ll pass.

I was never super good at Treasure’s games but I always enjoyed them (even if it was from afar). It’s a shame they’re not as prominent these days as they used to. It’s combat system was absolute trash. Changing it is the best thing Level5 could’ve ever done to the series.

Yeah I don’t need them to go full third party, but their games have an ever green quality to them. It would be amazing if they released even older games on PC. Maybe not to other consoles. But getting my hands on Galaxy, or pretty much anything really, without emulation would be great. Beyond that I would happily pay

Yeah... no. The old one is blurry and your imagination somehow filled in gaps with artistic reasoning. It didn’t lose any “soul”.
