Apparently I’m not the only person who thought this was worth doing.

When I hit this in my MKIV GTI, I was mainly amazed it lasted this long.

Very few cars that I enjoy seeing the wheels so recessed in the fenders. This isn’t one of them. Besides, no clue what these guys were saying - did they restore the paint to original, or put a Demon crate engine in it? I wouldn’t know differently.

It wasn’t running. Notice it was moving at glacial speed and there was no engine noise? That’s because, if I’m not mistaken, it was sent rolling down hills to feign propulsion.

I know they were trying to be modern & green (also not piss off grandma by being hoons), but if you are going to redo an all time classic, I would have gone this way.
