I mean, since his argument is essentially the literal opposite of what it says in the Constitution, SCOTUS might actually be on our side here. Roberts is a douchebag but he doesn’t tend to vote against the literal text of the Constitution, historically.

I’ll be there. I can't do a hell of a lot, given that I live in NY, which is going Democrat regardless,  but I'll give as much symbolic support. And I did move to a much more swing congressional district,  so obviously that can help to some degree.

This argument on their end only holds merit if there was some sort of threshold that could be met wherein they would actually cooperate with the due process of law. But there isn’t.
