Funny how a draft dodger always likes the idea of someone else shooting people he doesn't like. I'm shocked he didn't suggest dipping the bullets in pigs blood, because I'm sure he still believes that conspiracy theory.

Ah, yes, our border with Mexico between El Paso and San Diego is the perfect place for a water-filled moat filled with wild animals that would need constant attention.

Yeah there is just not any change throughout the day and night. It makes it pretty relentless. Although I have grown to love and appreciate the humidity - my skin, hair, and lips all thrive in it!

Oof! I have a stick of stuff by Gold Bond (looks like deodorant) that works great to prevent that kind of stuff. 

This is the key to Gulf of Mexico heat that the rest of the country doesn’t seem to understand: it never cools off at night. Sure, you’ll occasionally get a 95-100 day, but it still gets down to 70 at night with lower humidity. And, three days later, you’re fine.

One hot day then it’s fall for us:

Here in Alabama, not just locally in the Birmingham area, we have been breaking record highs left and right. Right now it is 97 degrees, it is warm here usually, but local news has been noting the temps being 15+ degrees above normal and it is sustained not just a few day blip.
