I just saw a short clip of her with Barack Obama, and he actually seemed quite nervous, for him. I’m guessing that her “give no fucks” stance was making him uncomfortable in light of his Administrations’s “all of the above” energy and climate policy.  It was really fascinating, since it’s so unusual.

Oh, I do agree with you in general. It’s the worship of these objects, rather than appreciation for them, that bothers me. It’s fine line, I know, but one that, like fascism or pornography, most people can perceive when they see it.
