On a personal level, I was at best buy and I was picking up a Wii U game, and guy asked me about the console. The best buy rep butted in and told me the deluxe consoles were selling as fast as they get them in. The basic console though was selling, but people kept asking for the deluxe model first.

You are exploiting the person in the gif for personal gain. If I were to start a website based on gifs, I would be exploting people in the gif for financial gain. Blogs do this crap all the times and if you are crying about instagram, then you should take a second to look at what you are doing.

anyone who hates this new TOS should never use a gif again because I see them as nothing more than mere hypocrites. Yes, you personally may not profit, but you are exploiting the people in gifs to make a joke. Additionally, you have never contacted the people in the gifs for their approval before posting a gif.
