I went through aggressive chemo last year at age 23. I used a sex hormone suppressant (Lupron) to go through temporary menopause to try to preserve reproductive function, but I won’t know whether it worked or not until I try to have a kid.

Thisssssss.

Loved this!!!

Seriously - sometimes people just make tiny mistakes, and sometimes those tiny mistakes have unforeseeable, dire consequences. It’s like she can’t just slip and fall, there has to be some “moral” element to it, or something that the average person can cluck their tongue at.

I knew someone who, many years ago, died in a tragic way that was sensationalized all over the internet. That week following her accident was... there aren’t words to explain how horrible people can be behind the safety of their keyboards. And I am so sorry you and the people who loved her are going through it.

Thank you for being clear in what actually happened. I found out what happened early Saturday morning and the way the story is being covered by many outlets today is incredibly misleading and clearly click bait. I’ve always known I shouldn’t read comments but these articles have really brought that point home. I

I think he’s trying to avoid having to overtly refuse Trump. Trump is vindictive as fuck, better Trump doesn’t ask him, than he refuses.

Did you read any of the articles? Police officers in the US kill about 8,000 people per year and shoot many more. To be viewed to the tune of “Nothing Else Matters.”

Sure Tom.

Then you would be left alone. We’re not like old white people who call the cops instead of just leaving said wanderer alone.

You’re talking about being at risk at the hands of members of the public, versus being at risk from law enforcement. One of those is an assumption of lack of safety based on other civilians. The other is an assumption of lack of safety based on the actions of the government agency tasked with protecting us. I think

You’d be a white guy in a minority neighborhood. Big deal. I doubt your gonna have the cops called on you.

The fundamental difference is that if something happens to you in your scenario you can have a reasonable expectation that the justice system will attempt to get justice for you.

You would be ok. Black and Hispanic people don’t get scared and act crazy when someone comes to there neighborhood.

That depends on the area and how you are dressed. If you go around looking like a pokemon trainer or hipster, they may think you are looking for some hip new place to eat/drink. Other appearances may make you look like you are looking to buy drugs or something else. In any case, it is often noted how police are slower
