Meeting the parents feels like a LOT of effort for a fake relationship, but I’m super lazy so I’m biased.

I would love to believe these parents were just sorta dumb too—unfortunately it doesn’t seem they are being used for an agenda, that agenda has always been theirs and it’s made them utterly blind and remorseless for what they’ve done. Some people are just so stupid they end up being evil.
