To me the only bad part is Garrett Hedlund’s cardboard performance. It is one of those movies to me that if I need a pick me up I watch it. There are just so many things about it that are cool and well done IMO, that it is a very good popcorn movie.

Yup you pretty much describe my exact feelings with the game. I really want to play through Pillars of Eternity, mainly because they do combat exactly the way I like for isometric rpgs, but warhammer is definitely looming in the shadows.

The original Dawn of War is probably one of my favorite RTS games out there. Helps that it is one of my favorite universes, but still.

Kind of surprised to see Total War on there. I’ve always been a Warhammer fan, but the games seem to have gone into quantity mode, not quality. I am waiting for it to be around 30 instead of 45 before I pick it up, mainly because im already behind on the stuff I do own.

High level halo play requires a much higher degree of teamwork and map awareness than Overwatch. The skill barrier is also higher for most of halo since many Overwatch heroes are not very accuracy dependant the way BR’s and Snipers are.

As much as I love this game, I have basically refused to purchase ‘bonus content’ or expansion passes or whatever for most games anymore. I would be less bothersome with Horizon because it is not heavily multiplayer, but all the FPS’ are starting to learn you can’t do that shit or your playerbase goes to the pits.
