Thats a lot of scratch for a car that really hasn’t aged well/doesn’t look very good in vert form. The ACR’s of the same vintage still look BAMF, but this, looks like a Hawaiian shirt wearing C5 car, and that is just too bad.
I would either go new Zo6 or older GTS Viper for the price and type of car that is.

yeah the FRC just doesnt do it for me, and the plastic rear brake scoops look REALLY out of place on the C5. The stuff on the C7 looks fine to me because of all the edges and lines. The C5 had less harsh more flowing lines and the plastic scoops are just jarring.

I will say they do not look great in pictures, most of the time, but in person I still like it and from behind the wheel I still like the way the hood looks. I prefer the coupe to the z06’s as the hatch fits it much better than the fixed roof imo.

Good point, but I think the historic race cars are important enough to bring back. Plus the Furai probably would have need to be completely rebuilt as it was almost all CF and melted to the ground. This fix will be extensive, but more traditional and it will still be that car, at least partially.

I go back and forth in my head a lot, but Turtles in Time is probably my favorite game on teh SNES. Mega Man X2 is a close second, but TiT is the perfect platformer, especially with the co-op play.

This is actually the best looking shots of the new camaro yet. I was not impressed by some of the earlier ones I saw, and I still think it is way to stinking big with no other rwd platform smaller from Chevy, but I think that is pretty sharp looking. Pun maybe intended, question mark.

Yup I was going to be that guy as well. I was at the event at the beginning of this month and was stuck mumbling to my 15 month old because I had no other car people there with me. So many awesome cars it was hard to contain myself.

The only fear is that is in the 4 cyl, with the v8 still being just as heavy. That is just the cynic in me though, I won’t be in the Camaro market in any near forseeable future.

Performance cars=/= LMP1 cars. There are still barriers, but possibly hundreds of people much smarter and more experienced than us decided this was worth trying when common convention says otherwise, so there must be something in the rules they think they can exploit.
