I’d agree with you if “real jobs” that let you raise a family and have some semblance of a happy, normal life weren’t vanishing at an alarming rate in the Western world. Year after year. And that’s before the virus came in and destroyed millions more.

Halfway through Final Fantasy VII Remake and loving it. 

My deluxe edition took an extra week to arrive, but it’s beautiful and has a place of prominence on my shelf right now. The game itself is amazing too.

The kind of person who walks into a Walmart and buys a game solely because of the cover, without knowing anything about it... well, they’re not really interested in Final Fantasy or RPGs in general. This game is aimed at fans who’ve been waiting 15 years for it, devouring every new piece of information that comes out. 

My backlog is big enough to last me years. I’m not too worried about delays, one way or another. 

She’ll probably be banned longer than the guy who filmed a child in a public bathroom, which is also mind-blowing. 

Sure. No one’s saying the show is perfect. It’s not. But like I said above, the show doesn’t lean on stuff like that, as evidenced by literally every other scene so far. 

I love how sex positive it is. A show that absolutely revels in its fan service without leaning on stuff like school kids and accidental groping is a rare gem that needs to be celebrated, not taken off the air.

While the classic games are the best (followed closely by Capcom’s new direction with RE7 and RE2 Remake), I’m going to have to agree. RE4, 5 and 6 were all poor Resident Evil games, but great action titles, and RE6 is my favorite of the trio because of all the fun I had playing it co-op.
