The whole “there’s too much zombie stuff” take doesn’t really sit right with me. Like, yeah, the same handful of tropes are done to death, but there’s still a fuck-ton of untapped ideas.

A normal person: “wow how unsportsmanlike!”

I suspect it’s more likely a balancing thing. Maybe in play testing they found having 4 players made the game too easy?

Game Pass needs to slow the fuck down.

There is no “we”, there’s only individuals making their own choices.

I’m liking it for the most part. I don’t think I’d pay $40 for it but if you have Game Pass it’s worth checking out. Also I like that, unlike Siege, you can viably play it solo (at least the easier difficulty levels, I haven’t made it to the harder ones yet) and still earn rewards at a decent clip.

Just because someone is enjoying a game that others don’t like doesn’t mean that they have been paid off.

no they just sell the shiny lootboxes filled with skins that attract the children to the child gambling.

That’s still horseshit, because skin gambling websites did not require a Steam account to use. It’s a shame this won’t put a dent in their child monetization abilities.

An easter egg in the game’s starting headquarters area consists of a discarded “red pill” box in a trash can with the words “Noggin Joggers” on the side, which some have interpreted as 4chan-speak for the N-word (Void Interactive did not immediately respond to a request for comment to clarify the intended meaning).

I’d wager I’ve been directly involved in more anti-police state action and am more read on the subject than most folks in this commentariat. My family has been victim to police brutality and continue to struggle under some incredibly unjust criminal laws of this nation.

They seem to have completely (intentionally?) forgotten that they already did this and it was called Battlefield Hardline.

Yeah 10 maps is not enough and with big team battle (my fav mode) only having I think 3 that is not enough. I keep thinking what has the team been working on for the past 7 years or whatever. The irony is, if there was a forge mode out we would have maps galore in a month.

What’s the difference between a Battle Pass that disappears after a season and a Battle Pass that stays if you can’t finish the pass before the season ends, and you’re still getting another Battle Pass next season? Essentially, there is no difference. But instead of the old battle pass being out of sight and out of

I find this a mixed blessing. On the one hand, you don’t need to finish it before you run out of time; on the other hand, you never truly move on. I guess we won’t know until next year, but I assume you can’t grind on old battlepasses, and the latest one simultaneously...

They’ve already got a medal system that does nothing. They should give you some XP for each of those medals.

You get less game if you buy Halo Infinite than in previous titles. People are understandably upset that iconic armor sets that have been available for free no longer exist in game unless you pay money. I don’t think Kotaku has covered the revelation that there are more than 88 store bundles and that it would cost

To unlock more fiesta challenges you’ll likely have to play other modes. Some people are seeing this as a negative (and I don’t entirely disagree) but it does have the advantage of mixing things up a bit.

Same but the lack of dedicated playlists has caused me to put it down. I just want to play Slayer like the old days and I get stuck in these other game modes that don’t interest me.

“Beta” for a game that releases in less than two weeks, and with 343 currently on Thanksgiving break...this isn’t a game in beta by any real measure other than to be a shield. This IS the game, as it is released.
