I buy the idea behind the look — a younger, rougher, more violent Joker. But this design has several problems:

The ‘look’ for this Joker reads (to me) like design-by-committe. A group of people decided that the visual theme for Joke needed to still keep that vaguely clown-like look but still push “Psycho” and “Crazy”, etc.
