Depends on the car, for sure. My cars aren’t terribly difficult.  My truck isn’t exactly easy as the fenders have way too much crap mounted to them.

Wait, what’s new here? Don’t a ton of cars/trucks have bolt on fenders? Aka remove a few bolts, a few plastic rivets/screws for the liner, and potentially undo a side marker connection to pull the fender.

I generally agree, but we are sadly at the point where these ARE the small wheels. For example, the previous gen Civic Type R was on 20s, which is a massive difference considering how small the sidewall already is. And sure it’s performance based, but there are plenty of more pedestrian cars around with what would

It’s because they are trying to serve both Honda customers, who often pick hatches, and having to compete with the USA Corolla crowd - who generally are terrified of picking something as unconventional (in traditional American terms) as a hatchback - even if it looks like a sedan.

Not sure if I should give props to the guy who filmed on the dock until it was nearly a Darwin moment, but it definitely made for a better view of what happened.

Hard starboard and forward thrust would push the stern right into the docks. Which is more or less what happened.

And it’s nearly all standard drag racing stuff. The car runs pretty quick, for sure, but all these things are fairly normal for a prepped drag car and can be matched or far exceeded with aftermarket help. Especially for the premium they are charging.

Yeah, the new interior might be a deal breaker. But I’ve heard both bad and good things about it.

GTI or Golf R exists. And arguably better in the 2.0 comparison.

Yeah, it’s a stubby wagon at best.  Slightly longer than the Golf/GTI but substantially shorter than a Golf wagon.

I’m guessing you could do 20+ transmissions for the price they are asking over standard used hellcat. And likely just as good or better.

GM putting the air dams on might be the only thing that makes sense.

They cool the Chiron and Veyron with a small frontal area and moderate sized grills in an overall package that is tiny in comparison.

It looks cool? I was thinking that it would only look cool to 13 year olds and perhaps those that have a uninspired vision of the future or watched too much Knight Rider.

Combos. Cheddar cheese pretzel preferred, but anything would work.

Likely not even higher tech, as many trans blankets use kevlar/carbon materials. And the blanket design itself allows it to absorb energy over that of rigid shielding.

That might be true, but the dumb part is still accurate in either case and perhaps worse in the case of a joke.

Why use the crappy one if you are doing advertising?   Also, the new one is clearly based off the first gen.

It would look good in a nice National Forest Service green

100%.
