@Edge of Blade: yeah, from memory, that's one of the things they really missed out on with the home version. I remember dying and continuing repeatedly on the c64 version without any real penalty. Still awesome though.

In some ways, this is what all acheivements should be. I kind of hate the ones that you get for not doing anything.

I'm the opposite. I like playing through those sorts of games using my own real life set of morals, then on the second play through, i'll let all hell loose, and do all the things I wanted to do the first time, but were against my code. Basically the second time through it's interesting to see how much you can break

Wow. Looks awful compared to the beautiful style of their old 2d versions. I really loved Samurai Showdown 1 through 4. Especially 1 and 2. Played those *so* much in the arcade back in the day.
