It’s not really cynical if it’s true.
It’s not really cynical if it’s true.
To add to the simplicity, please read some studies about the devastating environmental impacts of a wall (or even fence) spanning the border.
Hate to be that guy but it’s “mars” not “marks.” The rhyme scheme, man!
Also Bortles isn’t a “team,” which is, um, kind of the point? He is a not-so-good QB on a good team.
First, your original post did nothing to state you were referring ONLY HIS POSTSEASON stats. (See, I can yell CAPS too.) Otherwise why would you say “top 15"? He is top 15 statistically in the playoffs by virtue of having thrown a pass.
Your misunderstanding of statistical charting is not meaningless, no.
Is this a joke? According to Pro Football Reference, which you link, he is top five in...nothing. He is 6th in sack %, and 10th in interceptions (descending order, which means that’s not a good thing).
I mean, he said, “Cowboys fan.” The end.
It’s a controversial construction, for sure. “Than them”? “Than they are,” Mr. Capela.
What the Rockets were missing was discussed in the article above. I was doing the “also” comment. Now you’ve “also” commented my “also” comment. Should I also back again? (Like, um, Curry also just came back from his second ankle sprain? And so on.) The main thing was a response of agreement with the comment above…
It’s probably the fragility of wanting to believe they’re one of the best ever, in the middle of the ride. Too much sports-talk-narrative hogwash generating sports-fan pressure and insecurity.
I think this is right. Also Kerr was experimenting with small line-ups most of the night. (Though McGee seems to have been pushed way down the bench generally, not just tonight.) Plus off nights for Curry and Thompson, and no Iguodala or Bell.
You’re getting there. Let’s keep going, then:
Sure. But that’s not what a run-on sentence is. For instance, your second sentence “could have stopped” after “stopped,” but that’s not what makes a run-on.
Yes, and still you are underselling the “he’s not Brady” portion of your construction.
It’s not.
...and my time-wasting gets rewarded.
Assuming that by populistic art, you mean popular art, or mainstream commercial art, then I’d say their love of Beyonce, Hamilton, and scores of other popular film and music and theatre—including a favorable enough review of The Force Awakens—suggest otherwise, but whatever. I’m not a big Brody fan and am not here to…
You sticking with your original take was the foregone conclusion, wasn’t it? Good talk. Enjoy your soapbox, guy who says “take” earnestly.
I skipped the film in the theatre, and saw it on late-night tv some time later, but it was about to end, so “Noooo!” was almost the first piece of the film I saw, and let me tell you... I could have easily been convinced it was a parody.
