That's a really good point. I want to argue that, so far, Ravi's miracle cures haven't immediately killed anyone, and there was peer pressure and a chick he wanted to impress/bang, but I'm not sure if any of that would be enough to convince former/evil Blaine to take the serum. Maybe I'll knock my chance of him faking…
Is Blaine faking? I currently think there's a 75% chance that he still has his memory and is faking the amnesia. (Don E made a convincing argument, and it just seems like something Blaine would do - it's a great way to pretend he's a new, decent person.) But I'm really curious what other people think. Do you guys…
Question: At one point, Jake says they're (assuming I heard correctly) "s'ed up the a". I spent way too long trying to figure out what that s stood for. Is there some new curse I don't know about or did I mishear and he said f?
Personal opinion, but I don't like shows where the characters are the worst, even if that's part of the show's conceit. I mean, why would I want to watch a show about terrible people, even if I'm being told they're terrible people? (There are a lot of quality/prestigious programs I dislike because of this weird quirk.)
Wait, is Tali committing suicide supposed to be a punishment? I always considered it a reward for making the right decisions. (I hated Tali.)
I viewed it as him being traumatized by all the fights he's had as a spy but, since he isn't a spy here, instead turned into combat PTSD. But, then, I think I took the dream a lot more literally than most people (or at least than WillHug).
In his freezer storage, he had mannequin things. That's what he shot in the head and dumped in the river. He did that, because he suspected Max Rager was watching him. I suspect he did that for all the people he kidnapped, but we never saw it later, because it was only used to build up suspense for the viewer. Once we…
No, he didn't kill anyone. He froze all of them. What made you think he actually killed some?
I'm an idiot and still don't get it. (Unless it's the Helter Skelter thing? Is that it?)
Question: I always leave Ashley on Virmire, but now I'm really curious about what causes Garrus to shoot Ashley? When was that and wtf happened? (I don't think I ever got the opportunity to have him shoot Kaiden, though I totally would have.)
I dunno. People tend to believe what they want to believe. And it's hard for them to accept that anyone but evil liberal activists would oppose their amazing plans. It's much easier to believe that it's all George Soros's fault. (Plus I have doubts about the intelligence level of some congresspeople. I don't think…
Eh, I think Pence is dumb enough to have believed it.
I understand your point, but I'm not sure a coup by the FBI/CIA would really be worse than the current situation.
Maybe not, but they've already brought a lot of grief into the show, so it seems pointless to say, "Sure, we killed off a major character you viewers loved (for HIMYM reasons), but we're not going to dwell on it, so everything will be light and happy again!" All that could be true, but I watch this show because it's…
I have red hair and freckles and look terrible in red. (It clashes with my hair.)
I dunno. He's in grad school, and it's expensive to buy a plane ticket across the country, especially with only a few weeks' notice.
I know who the proposed dead person is, but I know some people are super-sensitive about spoilers, so I'm not naming names. I just saw this yesterday, and I'm trying to find out whether it's true or not. I suspect no one's heard, but I would be really upset if this person died, and I want confirmation it's wrong.
In an interview, Ivonne Coll said one of those characters you mentioned (not Agnezka) would die.
So I've seen repeated spoilers (I don't know how to do spoiler shading so I'm not naming names) that an important character will die in a couple of episodes. I really hope not, so I hope someone has something to disprove this?
