It’s lost in space

Probably the biggest one was Stargate SG-1. I didn’t catch onto it until about fourth season, and in those days that meant i had to go acquire a bunch of DVD boxsets of the previous seasons. I fell off the bandwagon around season 8 and never really groked Atlantis, but for a number of years there it was my favorite

Beebo is grateful for your persistence.

It took me a couple of tries to finally power through season 1 of Legends of Tomorrow but man am I glad I did. The show brings me joy every week it’s on now.

This is dumb but I admit that mr. perdue, who is a huge beer geek, did suggest that someone brew a “Handmaid’s Ale” and I laughed.

I will never stop being creeped out by merchandise inspired by this book/show.

I see you shiver with antici

I have a major problem with any of Stephen King’s works... They always are great stories, but they never stick the landing. I’m always let down by them and it’s almost tainted me on his work. but I will say that I’ve been keeping up with the trailers and news on this and for the first time in years.... I actually feel

The Flash lost me when Iris took Barry to couple’s counseling. Like I literally gave up when Iris said the words “couple’s counseling”.

Malikia was still figuring out the device. But I’ll agree that happy, fun and light... till it kicks you right in the feels.

Yeah, magnificent episode. And Tony Todd putting in WORK in the lead role. There are always a few episodes of any series that live or die on the strength of one performance, this is absolutely one of them and he just crushes it in every single scene.

Both him and Peter Jurasik. They truly elevated that show to another level. I’d love to see B5 redone now with a decent budget and modern special effects, and only needing to do ~12 episode per season instead of 24...but I can’t imagine who has the gravitas to pull off G’kar and Londo’s characters. Their personal

Great episode. That scene is somehow both profoundly moving and profoundly cynical. I’m going to see your great G’kar scene and raise you this one:

Most people will say the best single episode of New Who is Blink but I’m going to say Vincent and the Doctor. It shows the truly tortured existence of Vincent Van Gogh and his struggle with depression. Unlike many other times when the Doctor and his companion meet a historical figure they seem to make a genuine

I’m going to go with The Visitor, also Deep Space 9. I’ve shown it to people who have never seen an episode of Star Trek and they weep right along with me. Such an enchanting sci-fi concept and excellently executed. One of my favorite things about the show was the deep connection Sisko had with his son and his crew

“One of them was disguised as a woman, but wasn’t pulling it off. Like, her hair was red, but it was a little too red, y’know? And the other one, the tall, lanky one, his face was so blank and expressionless. He didn’t even seem human. I think he was a mandroid.”

Farscape’s Revenging Angel was very unexpected and super fun. Plus, looney tunes!

Babylon 5. “Dust to dust”. Just for this scene alone.

Either Doctor Who: “Blink” or The X-Files: “Jose Chung’s From Outer Space”
