Pokemon go HAS that feature. When you travel to fast you have to press “I am a passenger” before you can do anything. I trigger it even sometimes when I take it for a run, and sometimes when the GPS glitches out. The game has no responsibility for the players action, and it makes that perfectly clear.

This game is stupid.

Texting and driving aren’t safe. Why shouldn’t this extend to playing video games? And WTF. Car Mode should be mandatory.

If the game requires GPS and uses accelerometer in the phone surely they should have a lock on using the game if going above 5-6 MPH.
