I would've preferred the long-con angle. Where Osha becomes his sick girlfriend and she turns on him, kind of like how Ramsay did with Theon way back.

I accepted him as a malevolent force in the north and the torturer of Theon, but this super warrior dude who gets the upper hand in every situation is tiresome.
complete waste.
"That's a big woman…..almost bear-like"
I'm so over Ramsey. So over.
I think the deal is the dragons and the Targaryen relationship to them.
I'd settle for a damn eye patch.
this needs to appear in the show somehow
I totally remember the bit about Ned saying Howland Reed saved his life. I would buy that Bran would've heard it from someone else and it became a kind of legend. And Ned, in an effort to not draw any attention to Jon Snow, just wouldn't talk about it in detail. This is a show misstep, I think. It would've been better…
Per the hanging, I've read various places people questioning that. I remember watching a show on executions and the history of beheading, and the expert said beheading was considered the more noble death. And beheading with sword is more noble than beheading with ax (as well as quicker.) If you've been hanged, it…
Yeah, except Edd and a few others. But yeah. And I guess Brienne, Sansa and Podrick?
The producers clearly have a thing for Ramsay. I knew the Jon Snow thing going to happen but I still thought "yes" when it happened. So quiet, they all think it didn't work and no one is around but the wolf. And I'm glad they didn't drag it out much longer. Does this mean he's out of Night's Watch vows?
I kind of love that after all the female anatomy that's been all over this show, they managed to give Jon Snow's corpse a little towel.
And how disappointed they are in everyone's behaviour
Boltons were going to make that move, Theon or no Theon.
The throne seems like a hassle. Holding the purse strings is probably less so.
I suspect they are going to meet up with Asha/Yara soon. There is going to be boat discussion. And some Iron Borne stuff.
His subsequent punishment through torture has made Theon seem pretty pathetic. His chapters in ADWD indicate that Martin is looking to redeem him. Sansa might forgive him because he saved her and also because he didn't actually kill her brothers. Theon's betrayal of Robb is still awful, but now seems very far away and…
Re. Doran- see also Hinds, Ciaran. Total waste of name actor. Wonder what the point was.
"It is known"is probably the most widely repeated phrase in wider culture from this show. Followed by "You know nothing, Jon Snow."
