I have no idea why mr. Wu decided not to press charge. He may be practicing altruisim for himself, but that will allow this guy repeat and make life more difficult for others. Not only that, this will embolden other racists into thinking that they can get away with assault on Asians. 

I’ll bet the dealers lobbied hard for the POS rebate. It just makes it easier for the dealers to keep the money by lumping it into an inflated price, or playing paper tricks after the deal.
