That’s your fault, mate. The first 4 words contain, “Austrian Grand Prix.” Can’t give you a bigger head ups on what the rest of it is about than that.

Kinda like Classical actors vs Method actors; some people consciously work on it in a technical manner to master it while some others approach it from an intuitive angle and attempt to master it by placing it in a part of the mind which doesn’t even require conscious thought, like breathing.

That makes me sad. I really thought that was a ‘keeper’. But I understand. I’m trying to figure out how I can turn my rx8 and STi into a JDM Mazda Cosmo and Mazdaspeed6, or a w8 Passat wagon manual, ora Volvo v70r or....... it never ends...

Quad rounders

It’s one that we can’t get here in the US... The Honda Accord Touring Wagon. I love that roofline!

What are these “friends” and how does one attain them?

What you’re saying is that Hitler wasn’t as bad as you thought?

You mean getting really excited when a car has the engine it’s supposed to have?

He might have to overnight some parts from Japan, but this will decimate all (of his bank account).

That would require actually having friends.

These two just hate money

Next Tavarish project car - “I just bought a stupid cheap cube of Dodge Neon to turn it into a concours winner”

So when do you sell it to david tracy as a “reliable backup car”?

I am an engineer.

I really want to see the eye tracking of a WRC driver. I imagine there’s a lot more to be looking at than your rear view mirrors and the apex.

I’ve worked with lousy engineers like those - ones who hugely overestimate their ability, have contempt for their end users, and don’t even understand the point of the project in the first place.

Huh, so during AutoX when I fixate on the apex of the corner I’m currently taking vs looking down the road at the next, I’m behaving like an F1 driver?!

I think that with VR it gets much closer to reality. I also think that the main problem with vibration is that we are looking at a screen that is at around 60 FPS (usually), but in reality your “FPS” are much much higher and you can filter out stuff better (maybe? I don’t know).

That is very cool. It’d be awesome to do something like this in a race, or even a practice session. It’d be interesting to see how he responds to/focuses on (or not) other cars around him.
