How does Google keep getting more and more accurate?

@G-stylez: As explained before, if you are near a tower with the old algorithm, the 24 dbm drop won't show up in the bars. You need to see the signal in numbers, not bars.

It's a hardware problem. Period. They will not fix it in any way unless they start selling a new version of the device. Which it's doubtfull since previous iP4 owners will probably burn Apple HQ to the ground.
