An option to include subfolders would be nice. I'm setting a rule to delete all of the "conflicted copies" created by dropbox but if you don't set one rule per folder it doesn't work.

I'm sorry, but VMWare's Unity mode it's not XP mode; you have to start the virtual machine every time you want to use XP and manually put it in unity mode. It's not the same as having the windows XP start menu under a Win7 menu.
