There are 71 convertibles under $10K within 100 miles of me right now, per Cars.com. Among them: a 09 A4 with 79K, 08 Saab 9-3 with 60K, 08 A4 with 60K, 03 Volvo C70 with 55K, 98 Z3 with 55K, and even if you absolutely had to have a 30-year old GM product...a 92 Allante with 60K.

This was an immediate scroll to smash ND.  Unless it comes with a briefcase full of cash in the trunk, this is sheer insanity.  I guess it’s time to scroll up and see how this person is trying to justify that astronomical price tag. 

All, and I mean all Cavaliers were trash. Bottom of the barrel, couldn’t be assembled any worse trash. This seller has clearly been smoking crack.

For $10,500? A Cavalier? I don’t care it it’s a convertible. Hell, I wouldn’t care if it also included a modest vacation package to the glorious sunkist beaches of Puerto Rico valued at $5,500, while Vanna White herself flips the final letters as I solve “My wife is leaving me because I bought a Cavalier for $10,500.”

That’s a very nice $1,500 car.

I applaud Kia for attempting to muscle in on the “making short term decisions that seem good now, but let Toyota eat our lunch in the future” turf that has been owned by the former Big 3 for so long.
