Was the driver’s name Hunter, and was he on drugs?

Mrs. Cruiser wants to upgrade her 2012 RX350. I said “sure”. Went over to my local Lexus dealer, looking for a 2019. They only had one available but it didn’t have the options we want and was priced at the top of market. Fast forward five weeks (Monday of this week) and the salesman emailed me about the 2023's they…
Lexus has always been in a different league than Acura and Infiniti. From craftsmanship to materials and pricing, Lexus makes luxury vehicles. Acura and Infiniti make vehicles in the “premium” segment.
It’s been typed many times already but I’ll go ahead and take a swing at this dead horse: Teslas are not luxury vehicles. They are expensive electric vehicles.
There is almost nothing but downside for turning license plates into network connected devices. California went with the absolute most galaxy brain solution to an imaginary problem.
Nice try at commenting on rugged American individualism without knowing what you’re talking about.
Our plates don’t stick with the vehicle until it’s crushed but they are tied to the vehicle’s VIN via registration every year. Some states come out with a new plate every few years, others go decades without changing.
Omaha, NE HOLLA!
But the ID.4 sucks
What in the world makes you think that Elon Musk is alt-right? Serious question. I’ve read and heard lots of people who think it, and I want to know why your specifically think it.
I think that we probably have very different opinions but our common ground is disdain for zoning laws.
Sounds like hell. And the trouble that anybody who wants to implement this green hell, is demand. Most of us who live outside of the dense urban areas, are making a very conscious decision to do so. I like my quarter acre and three car garage. I also like my neighbors, right where they are.
If The Interview had been about automotive journalists, this story would be the outline for the movie. It’s almost like communists suck and have everything to hide.
I’m guessing that the good people at Chevrolet were doing some testing with the live version overnight. What they neglected to consider is that lots of enthusiasts play around with car configurators late at night.
I’m a big Coyote fan. The 5.2 Voodoo was really cool, but I like the 5.0 better. I like the way they rev and how they deliver power.
We’re on completely different wavelengths. I was talking about the layout of West Omaha being comparable to Chicago’s Western ‘burbs, then you came in with some comment about stray bullets on the West side. Yes I know the areas you’re talking about, they just have nothing to do with my original comment.
You either completely misread my comment or you think Chicago’s West side is a suburb. I was referring to places like Schaumburg, Wheaton, Elmhurst, and Naperville. West Omaha is an amalgamation of them.
Nothing is going to get me to ride a bike. I live in West Omaha and have two kids. I also drive 4k miles/month for my sales job.
Edit for context: Omaha, NE is nothing but hills. Lots of hills. And out West it is very segmented in terms of large residential neighborhoods and commercial areas. Think Chicago’s Western…
To even a casual observer it is obvious that you’re allowing your negative opinion of him to completely skew your view of his achievements. If he’s done nothing as you say, then someone else with more money would have done what he’s done and more.
The auto journos hardly ever have anything but glowing things to say about Ferraris because 1) Ferrari already limits media access to its vehicles and the journo’s don’t want it cut off entirely and 2) Every Ferrari drives like a dream when most of your career is spent reviewing 4 cylinder crossovers
Is it, though? I’ve heard that the 296 drives just “okay” and that it is quite fussy. I’ve also heard that a lot of the big Ferrari customers won’t touch them.
