IDK about that. I’ve spent a lot of time in Chicago, probably more than anyone else who doesn’t actually live there. I used to fly in for work every week for about three years. It was a nice place to visit on the weekly. Granted, my hotel was always on the lake, right off the mag mile and I seldom had to venture to

Would love to read your reasons why OttoMaddox’s opinion that Chicago is a bad place, makes him or her racist.

YOLO money comes in two varieties. The lower YOLO money is “Even if this idea falls completely flat, I can still get out for at least half, and the half that I lose isn’t going to make me cry.”
The upper YOLO money is “can’t take it with me!”
This car falls into the first category. I kind of want to buy it just to see

But good on you for having the means, and choosing to go with the M4 GTS in the first place. That’s walking the walk!

“...you need to hit your VW with a hammer to fix it.”

Sounds about right.

Oh and the fuel filter on my wife’s old 2010 Camry. I asked the dealer to do it while the Camry was in for a warranty repair, they said the fuel filter is a “lifetime” part and is integral to the fuel pump. I said, “yea, it’ll last until the fuel pump craps out from a clogged up filter!”

“yep.” said the service writer.

The Lotus Elise’s front clamshell. Essentially, all of the bodywork fore the A-pillar is one big piece. A crack in that clamshell can total the entire vehicle. It is difficult to remove, expensive to paint, and incredibly labor intensive to re-install. R&T ran a story in 2018 about a guy who bought one with a salvage

Of all the comments on this post, many of which are unnecessarily and distastefully cruel, this one made me literally snort with laughter.

I’ve been doing a little bit of cursory digging, and the system is not overly complex. As someone who has worked on and maintained an ABC system, it looks like a comparative walk in the park.

I have no idea where the market sits on these, and it’s interesting enough that it’s tugging at the strings of my purse and heart. It’s simple enough that a mechanically inclined owner could perform the imminent maintenance oneself.... and one is unlikely to encounter another on the road.... ah hell!! Nice Price!

Alternate headline: Hyundai Veloster to have 275 horsepower standard!

Yea that’s pretty darn cheap driving right there. There’s probably a cheaper $/mile to drive than those leases but damn if there isn’t value in not having to worry about anything going wrong mechanically.

Some tankers, but not all tankers, are segmented which allows for delivering multiple grades of unleaded + diesel. My grandpa designed trailers for a living and I know entirely too much about these things for someone who needs to know absolutely nothing about them.

Aren’t there only like 17 Estoril Blue X5's in the United States?

You have a higher tolerance for headaches than I do, or maybe you just buy the Costco size bottles of Excedrin :) I wouldn’t spend even $250 for the unavoidable problems that an E53 would bring to my life, because I wouldn’t really enjoy driving it during its functioning miles.

You’re an angry elf

The Niro... makes sense I guess because the leasing company factors the tax incentive into your payment. The sportage and the taco, if the actual cost of that lease is less than $9k (down payment and total of all payments) then here I sit, having read about three exceptions.

Show me a lease that only costs $9k over three years. Please, show me that lease.

Dude, that was just cruel!!

You’re right except for the cost of the money. The interest rate or “money factor” in lease speak, is far higher than the interest rate you can get on a new car loan. Most consumers don’t have any idea that there is interest on a lease or how to calculate it, so they just get charged whatever. A friend of mine is a
