This is all I've got — the friend's family member, who is a racer, reportedly said that ten years ago Stewart wrecked another driver, the driver got out of the car and Stewart gunned it going by him and hit him. The sheriff's deputies took Stewart off the track that night, but no charges were filed.

Apparently, this is not the first time he has done this. According to a friend who has family in racing, he hit a driver ten years ago under very similar circumstances. Once is an accident, twice...?
